Do a wine tasting at the cellar door then make your way through the white rose bushes into the white weatherboard house to the elegant dining room. Nothing has been overlooked in an effort to create a romantic, opulent setting — fireplaces, French china, crystal glasses and silver cutlery. The food is outstanding and features a degustation of smaller dishes showcasing regional produce, most of which comes from the Herzog's garden. A bistro is open during the summer months for a more casual experience.
