A place where good beer and good chats flow in equal measure.

My Bar is a friendly little joint, hidden away down Durham Lane, where good beer and good chats tend to flow in equal measure. Its stylish but unpretentious, and definitely one of the coziest spots in the CBD.

There is a revolving roster of craft beers on tap and another twenty or so local brews in the fridge and they come no more expensive than the mass produced beers that neighboring bars pass off as 'premium'. Asa behind the bar knows a fair bit about each and every one and is happy to recommend. The wine list has a local theme similar to the beers and Asa's new cocktail menu is soon to be revealed, so stay tuned.

My Bar is so small that the bartenders actually cook the tasty pizzas and bar snacks themselves. Although if you want something more substantial to go with your drinks Renkon is right next door and My Bar are happy for you to eat it on their side of the lane.

My Bar is a popular spot for after work drinks for both the office and hospo crowd. Being one of the only non ‘nightclubs’ open until the early hours make it ideal for catching up with mates or for late night rendezvous. Sit outside in the lane and watch the world go by, or spin yarn on the bar leaners indoors.
