Masters of controversial advertising campaigns, Hell Pizza, are revving things up a notch this Valentine's Day. Not by serving up heart-shaped pizza or a slice topped with cardiac offal, but by handing out free adult toys with every pizza purchase. The last time the takeaway pizza chain came under fire for a bawdy promotion was when it mail-dropped more than 1o0,000 condoms in New Zealand letterboxes. This time, it's partnering with the Adult Toy Megastore for mass handout of Bullet vibrators. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Hell Pizza (@hellpizza) From Friday, 12 and Sunday, 14 February, those aged 18 and above will have the option of adding the adult toy to their order when purchasing at least one double-size pizza online or through the Hell app. Customers must opt-in to receive one of the adult toys and then use the code 'Hellvibes' at the checkout. The promotion is not available for orders placed in-store. Hell has 4500 Bullet vibrators to give away nationwide. The company says it will ensure that the X-rated toys are discreetly packaged and sealed with an R18 sticker. According to Hell, a survey by the Adult Toy Megastore found that nearly half of New Zealanders purchased a sex toy from an adult store in 2020.
