Overview
If lockdown has seen you run your activewear ragged pounding the pavement around your neighbourhood, it's time to upgrade for summer. Luckily there's a new shopping destination coming to the city that's pretty dedicated to spandex and sneakers. All 300 square metres of it.
Australian luxe activewear retailer Stylerunner makes its much-hyped arrival in Aotearoa on Wednesday, December 1, with a brand-new flagship Newmarket store featuring 60 brands, two dedicated sneaker sections, and "styling suites" where you can call for service help at the flick of a button. Say, if you get stuck in a sports bra and need assistance.
Auckland shoppers have been eagerly awaiting the new arrival to 277 on Broadway, which brings with it a load of brands tough to find all in one place elsewhere in New Zealand: PE Nation, New Balance, The Upside, Veja Joah Brown, Exie, and Bala, among others.
Opening day brings with it a load of treats for your F45-obsessed friends: Customers will be treated to complimentary cookies from Moustache and drinks from Almighty and Allpress, to keep you fed and watered while trying on all the New Balance you can get your hands on. Lucky dip prizes, including merch and vouchers, have also been promised.
The best part? The store is open until 7pm each night, except for Thursdays and Fridays when it will open until 9pm. No more hustling to get to the mall after work, only to find them shutting up shop.
For more information about the new opening, check out Westfield Newmarket's website.
Stylerunner will open on Wednesday, December 1. Operating hours are 9am—7pm, Mondays to Wednesdays and over the weekend; 9am—9pm Thursdays and Fridays.
