With over 25 completely free events across the CBD, you can pop in anytime you like and pick up a few useful fashion tips along the way. These are our top picks for the annual four days of fashion.
MAALA LIVE AT TOPMAN
Tui award-winning artist MAALA will perform at Topshop's Topman store on Friday night. Go with space on your credit card to utilise the 20% store discount, and enjoy free ice cream from Nitrocow while sinking into the atmospheric electro-pop. Our advice would be to get there early because every Topman fan and his dog will want to see MAALA live.

FABRIC VINTAGE FAIR
Do you have an eye for one-off treasures? Britomart Fashion Sessions will host Fabric Vintage Fair selling specialty Japanese denim pieces and the collection of curator Simon Miller. This is your chance to see the kind of archive that builds up over years of being a fashion buyer and nab some rare pieces.

HUFFER WINTER WARM-UP
Huffer always puts on a good party for its fans. With Britomart Fashion Sessions in full swing, Huffer Britomart will preview its new Autumn/Winter 17 range with complimentary beverages and nibbles, because if you know a Huffer party, they will feed you, clothe you and leave you feeling ready to take whatever winter throws at you.

WALK THE WALK: A HISTORY OF FASHION IN THE CITY
Lead yourself up to the attic of the infamous department store to the Lippincott Room on the sixth floor and check out the free fashion exhibition hosted in celebration of the festival. Spruce up your fashion knowledge so you can whip out facts at the next dinner party you attend. Ever wondered who designed Trelise Cooper's wedding dress? Or where your favourite label sources their fabric? Did you know Dior originals were made in our little country way back in the day? Now there's a claim to fame to skite about to your international pals.

THE VANS WAFFLE STACK
Oh Pat, you know the way to our hearts. Try on a cute pair of classic Vans while munching on sweet, sweet waffles at the Pat Menzies' instore party. Did we mention there are also going to be some rad giveaways and prizes up for grabs too? Think that might be your Saturday sorted. Get to the Vans Waffle Stack early before the crowds, this event is destined to be a hit.

A MAN'S WORLD
Men, are you ready to ditch the mo or trim the fringe? Or perhaps you'd enjoy a little TLC. Barkers will be offering a free cut or shave on a first in first served basis so make sure you get through the door as soon as work finishes to score a new do. As well as a hair cut, there will be complimentary tastings of Sacred Springs Gin or Hallertau beer, whatever takes your fancy on the night. Book in a hot date later that night and you'll be feeling suave and ready to party.

RUBY JELLY BAR
What is a Jellyologist you ask? Jessica Mentis is the chef behind the latest craze of jelly treats which will be served up to guests at RUBY's Autumn Winter 2017 Collection launch. Arrive at 6pm sharp and be greeted with a wobbly delicacy and preview the Italian Renaissance inspired collection.
