Let It Glow With Heineken's New Club Bottle

Like bright shining beacons of hope for a good night out.

Many tennis stars shone on court last week at the tennis, but the brightest of them all was the humble wee Heineken bottle, which lit up the Heineken Baseline After Party after being redesigned to include glow-in-the-UV-lit-dark capabilities.

While Peking Duk were preoccupied with exhibiting some torso-out-for-the-girls(/boys) behaviour and singing the praises of the humble fedora at nearly every opportunity (a strong fashion feature of the night), the newly designed Heineken bottles were aglow under the UV light, making anyone who ordered anything non-glowing suddenly feel an overwhelming sense of consensual peer pressure to head back to the bar and also have a shining geometric design in hand.

Like bright shining beacons of hope for a good night out, the glowing Matt W. Moore-designed bottles which dotted the crowd gave the party an almost religious quality.

For those who didn't go to the Heineken Baseline Afterparty, the next sighting of these glowing bottles will be at the NZ Polo Open in February.
