There is no better way to launch one of New Zealand’s most celebrated weeks in fashion than to mark the moment with an evening among Auckland’s fashion connoisseurs and free flowing champagne.

There is no better way to launch one of New Zealand’s most celebrated weeks in fashion than to mark the moment with an evening among Auckland’s fashion connoisseurs and free flowing champagne.

Shed 10, looking almost unrecognisable thanks to a recent refurbishment and instalment of a fully-fledged Chambord bar, played host on Sunday evening to bloggers, media, publicists and designers, donning their best to celebrate the launch of what is set to be New Zealand’s biggest and best Fashion Festival yet.

Fully inclusive to the public, the week-long festival features a range of designers showcasing their new winter 2012 collections which have recently hit stores, so you can shop up a storm and update your look the very next day.

Alongside the five exciting group shows, the festival also offers daily hair, beauty and style seminars to help you keep your look fresh.

Wrapping up the week is the ever popular Designer Garage Sale where fashionista’s can snap up garments from some of New Zealand’s top designers at bargain prices!

See the NZFF event listing for full details.
