POPDining: Fush’n’Chups for Sustainable Coastlines

Overview


POPDining is having a summertime beachside dining experience on Friday February 7 at 6pm.

One long table will be set in the sand at Takapuna Beach (between Park and Saunders Avenue), with a menu theme that takes inspiration from our local fish and chip shops.


The night's menu will feature the following dishes:

Shellfish and corn fritters, watercress and cherry tomato vinaigrette

Kumara “scaled” black snapper with NZ spinach, salt, lemon and butter

Dessert by Gianpaolo Grazioli (Giapo)


All profits from this POPDining event will go to Sustainable Coastlines, a New Zealand charity which focuses on keeping our coastlines beautiful.
