Overview

Guy Grossi is considered a legend in the Australian dining scene. It was the purchase of Melbourne's longstanding The Florentino, in existence since the 1920s, that signalled his arrival. 17 years later, the chef has fingers dipped in three restaurants, five cookbooks and a growing television career courtesy of appearances in everything from Masterchef, My Kitchen Rules and Neighbours. He was also recognised by the Italian president for his international service to cucina Italiana.

For one night only, Guy Grossi and homegrown celebrity chef Josh Emett will recreate interpretations of classic Italian food at Ostro. The meal will be spread across six courses with matching wine.
