AIX in the City
A celebration of light, dry French rosé is hitting this inner city laneway.
Overview
Le Chef, the team behind the popular annual Beaujolais Nouveau Street Party is bringing a touch of pink to its inner city laneway party on March 20.
Capitalising on New Zealand's newfound love for light, dry rosé, Le Chef has teamed up with renowned premium Provençal rosé brand AIX (pronounced X) to bring AIX in the city to Upper Vulcan Lane. AIX rosé is a classic Provençal rosé — a blend of grenache, syrah and cinsault. Fresh, delicate and delicious with flavours of watermelon and strawberries, perfect for summer celebrations.
Up to 300 rosé lovers are invited to fill the lane from 7.30pm for a pink party with DJs to entertain and celebrate the best thing about long warm nights. Tickets are $49 plus booking fees and includes two glasses of AIX rosé with French canapés (French cheese is promised) available throughout the night.
The dress code is white and pink.
