Enjoy an inspiring evening of food, drinks, art and entertainment at Auckland Art Gallery with Art After Hours. For the one-off event Auckland Art Gallery is offering late-night entry to its new major exhibition, Frances Hodgkins: European Journeys. This after-hours exhibition gives you the chance to explore all of the Gallery's exhibitions.

Experience Frances Hodgkins' world and the beautiful pieces that she created and her place in 20th-century art. With over 150 artworks to admire, produced between the years 1901 and 1946, this exhibition truly is a piece of history. Hodgkins' work documents her travels across Europe, with watercolour travel sketches of French rivers, Morocco and Venice. As well as her more modern work from Paris and later oil paintings from her journeys in Britain.
