Overview

Founded by hospitality veteran Frankie Walker, Black Pineapple Co. offers customised drink and hospitality experiences, from themed bars to seasonal cocktails. As part of month-long festival of arts, eats and beats, Elemental AKL, cocktail aficionados from Black Pineapple will lead a special cocktail foraging adventure.

Hosted at organic community plot, Kelmarna Gardens, the event promises to be a marriage of botany and beverages. Guests will be guided around the Herne Bay gardens as botanists and bartenders share their knowledge about how to forage in edible gardens and how transform your finds into delicious cocktails.

A comprehensive bar kit, including a range of alcohols, bitters and other ingredients will be provided and guests can concoct their bespoke cocktail or mocktail, with guidance from Kelmarna and Black Pineapple specialists.
