Blue Frog Breakfast Shout

After a run of complementary plant-based burgers and bottomless Nutella, it's becoming a trend for city-goers to be welcomed with free food on their daily commute, and this Friday will be no different. Breakfast food company Blue Frog will use the forthcoming International Tartan Day to celebrate its Scottish roots and to flick off free hot, steaming bowls of porridge.

From 7-9am at Britomart Atrium, the company will hand out its latest release of Probiotic Porridge. The product arrives after Blue Frog founder Scotty Baragwanath wanted to create a tasty and convenient way to eat porridge. He got there by adding organic coconut sugar, pure Heilala vanilla bean, organic chia seeds and a heat-stable probiotic to smooth baby oats.

The free offerings will come with a range of toppings from OOB Berries, All Good Banana, Fix and Fogg Peanut Butter, Collective Yoghurt, Lewis Rd Creamery and Little Island Coconut Milk. Keep an ear out for the bagpipes and get your free brekkie while stocks last.
