Boozy Bottomless High Tea
This two-hour bottomless sipping session will be held across five Saturdays.
Overview
This October and November inner city haunt The Glass Goose is serving up stacked eats and banging beats with its new Boozy Bottomless High Tea. The series will hit the Federal Street deck across five Saturdays, with local DJs — including Arii Jade, Pixie Lane and Sean Hill — providing the soundtrack while you work through three tiers of sweets and savouries.
There'll be beef brisket sliders, white cucumber sandwiches and truffled mushroom rostis to get you started, with chocolate caramels, cacao raspberry brownies and customary tea scones with jam and cream to finish. And if that doesn't sort you right for the afternoon, there will be all-you-can-eat duck fat potato skins on the side.
The $60 ticket price includes frozen Aperol spritz, Scapegrace gin served your way, and a range of fruit juices, sparkling water and soft drinks. Bookings can be made online between 1–5pm for each two-hour session.
