Christmas in the Vines returns to Villa Maria Winery estate for a joyous celebration in the lead up to the holidays. Taking the stage once again are Auckland’s own Sol3 Mio. The two tenor brothers and their baritone cousin have seen a busy year on sell-out tours across Australasia and recently releasing On Another Note, their highly anticipated second album.

Complimenting their powerful operatic vocals is the uncontainable humour that easily manifests on stage after years of singing, performing and entertaining together. Sol3 Mio’s undeniable talent, sprinkled with banter and off-the-cuff humour makes this contemporary opera group the ideal headliners for a festive family-friendly outing. Sol3 Mio will perform a varied set of seasonal sing-alongs as well as new and well-loved material from their own two albums. Along for the ride is Anika Moa, whose iconic songs and trademark personality is a fitting opener for the evening.

As a Christmas bonus for families, each General Admission Adult ticket allows one child under the age of 12 to be admitted for free. Bring along the picnic blanket and settle in for an evening of holiday folly and incredible voices amongst the vines.
