Overview

From April 3-5, Britomart's fairy-lit Takutai Square will shine even brighter, as Auckland's most stylish cinematic event, Cinema Peroni, drops by for its fourth year. After a string of successful showings, you can rest assured that this will be a memorable night, with refreshments in the form of Italy's favourite premium beer and authentic apertivos to graze on while you take in the visual feast onscreen.

In cahoots with Rialto Film Channel, Peroni will be showing award-winning Italian film Perfetti Sconosciuti (Perfect Strangers). Directed by Álex de la Iglesia, the comedy drama follows seven close friends at a dinner party, which quickly unravels when they decide to share all the incoming calls and text messages they receive during the dinner.

Cinema-goers will be greeted with aperitivo and cocktails on arrival, and can enjoy complimentary Peroni Nastro Azzurro as the action unfolds on the big screen. Guests will also be treated to a three course Italian-inspired menu prepared by Andrew Hanson of Amano.

Tickets are limited so keep your eyes on the Peroni Facebook page for a chance to attend this coveted event.
