Overview

From March 2 - 3, Britomart’s fairy-lit Takutai Square will shine even brighter, as Peroni hosts Auckland’s most stylish cinematic event. After the success of last year's rooftop showing, you can rest assured that this will be a memorable night, with refreshments in the form of Italy’s favourite premium beer and authentic apertivos to graze on while you take in the visual feast on screen.

In a display of their typically outstanding taste, Peroni will be showing Italian masterpiece Lo Sono L’amore (I Am Love), an Oscar-nominated film by celebrated filmmaker Luca Guadagnino. Renowned for its visual decadence, the film is a lavish look into Italy’s haute society. Tilda Swinton stars as a wife and mother of three, as part of a powerful industrial family. She is unfulfilled and restless, until a chance meeting with a young and passionate chef results in a lavish screen romance like no other. 

Tickets for the March 2 showing are limited and the next night is invite only, so keep your eyes on the Peroni Facebook page for a chance to attend this coveted event.
