Now in its sixth year, the annual Clay Works Potters' Market rounds up established and emerging local potters to sell a diverse range of work. The event is often referred to as the biggest pottery exhibition and sale in New Zealand.

This year the rescheduled event on Friday, 11 and Saturday, 12 September will see more than 40 artists exhibit new creations at St Columba Church Hall in Grey Lynn. Organisers have also hinted that the quality of items will be better than previous years, with lockdown proving fruitful for the potters who have their own studios and kilns.

The Coffee Guy will be there both days serving hot espresso, and there will be barbecued sausages from the Grey Lynn Butcher on Saturday morning. The annual event is the main fundraiser for St Columba Church and its community work. Entry is by gold coin koha.
