Created by New Zealand’s award winning garden guru Xanthe White, the Cloudy Bay Aroma Wine Garden will be a living outdoor aroma room - bringing to life the lime zest and sweet herb aromas found in the new vintage. Food TV’s Mark Southon will be serving a first of the season food pairing of crispy salmon belly with cucumber and wasabi mascarpone matched to a glass of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2012, available to purchase for $21.
