Putting the kick in kickass, Reebok, along with Zoe Bell, will be hosting its first Confidence Unleashed event in Auckland later this month. It's the country's biggest, free, female-only, self-defence class, which coincides perfectly with White Ribbon Day, an annual campaign that raises awareness of violence towards women.

Learn to block from one of the best. Embodying confidence and empowerment, Zoe Bell has gained a fair bit of practice as a stunt woman and actress on films like Thor, The Hateful Eight and Inglorious Basterds; needless to say this won't be her first rodeo.

"Confidence Unleashed is a much-needed initiative," says Zoe, and she couldn't be more right — New Zealand has one of the highest rates of violence towards women in the world. One in three women will experience partner violence in their lifetime, a statistic that is one in three times too high.
