Crooked Colours will be bringing their distinct dance beats to Auckland on Friday, 1 May as part of a wider tour of Australia and New Zealand.

The band, known for their alternative dance music, recently released their second album Langata which hit the number one spot on the Australian Dance Album Aria Charts.

This year Crooked Colours will perform their only headline shows for 2020 in April and May, before they head off to create their third studio album.

Coming out of Perth, the group is made up of Phil Slabber, Leon Debaughn and Liam Merrett-Park. The trio started out in music as house party DJs and decided to join forces to bring live electronic music to the masses.

The Auckland event takes place at Studio on Karangahape Road with the show running from 9pm–2am. Tickets are $52.50 for general admission and are available via Eventbrite.
