Domenica Frizzante
One of Auckland's top Italian restaurants is celebrating Prosecco Day with bottomless bubbly.
Overview
What better way to celebrate Prosecco Day than downing limitless glasses of bubbly goodness? To celebrate the occasion, on Sunday, August 13 one of Auckland's top Italian restaurants, Bossi, will be flinging open its doors to an exclusive brunch event.
Domenica Frizzante ('Bubbly Sunday') at Bossi will see prosecco and food lovers have the chance to indulge in an authentic Italian three-course meal, and of course, bottomless Divici Prosecco.
The Divici Prosecco has earned high praise for its crisp, refreshing, and easy-to-drink qualities, making it the perfect companion to complement your palate-pleasing pasta dishes. Diners will be spoilt for choice with the carefully curated set menu, which includes the likes of short rib risotto, fettuccine with nduja and negroni cannoli.
The Italian restaurant in the heart of Auckland's CBD is well known for classic and sophisticated Italian dishes, just like Nonna used to make. The fit-out of the restaurant, which has only been open since December, makes a diner feel like they've stepped into a Roman church, with murals lining the walls.
Tickets for Domenica Frizzante are $89 for a three-course meal and bottomless bubbly, or $59 for non-drinkers. There are two sitting times on Sunday – 11am and 1pm, and you can secure your tickets via the Bossi website.
