Overview

Ponsonby's annual month-long celebration of food and drink is back for its fourth year, to showcase the best of what the inner-city suburb has to offer.

Once again, more than 50 of the neighbourhood's venues — from long-standing institutions to new casual eateries — have jumped on board to serve up dish-and-drink pairings at the fixed price points of $30 and under, $30 to $50, and $50+.

If you're planning a cute date night or just want to take mum for a belated Mother's Day meal, check out Burger Burger's set date-night menu: for just $50 you and your dining companion both get a burger, a side and a glass of bubbles or a beer.

A dining institution, the Ponsonby Food Court is serving up a series of meal specials all for under $30, while Mexico is slinging their speciality Frida canned margaritas with their signature fried chicken for just $25. Feel like treating yourself? Wine bar Beau is serving up half a dozen oysters and two glasses of Champagne for just $60.
