Ed Sheeran
After this year's completely sold out tour of the Antipodes, Ed Sheeran will return to New Zealand in March 2013 to play his hits at Vector Arena.
Overview
Ed Sheeran just can't seem to get enough of down under, and neither it seems, can we get enough of him. With this year's completely sold out tour of the Antipodes, The Frontier Touring Company have announced the return of Ed Sheeran to New Zealand in 2013.
Though not a vampire, this Edward has captured many a heart. Sheeran's first album has reach multi-platinum status here in New Zealand, so it is no surprise that he will be back in March next year. With hits like 'Lego House', 'The A Team' and new favourite 'Drunk', this ginger-ninja will have Vector arena moving and shaking right down to it's concrete foundations.
Sheeran is also quite the philanthropist. After the success of his song The A-Team, he played at a concert in Bristol that raised over £40,000 for a charity that reaches out to sex-trade workers. He said it was "good to show insight that these people are real people with real emotions and they deserve the same charity work as anyone else".
Just announced this week, Sheeran will also be touring next year with Taylor Swift as her opening act for her new album tour 'Red'. But before all that, he will head down the Australia and New Zealand to play for those of his fans who missed out on him in 2012. What a champ.
