Think truffle-topped crayfish ravioli, shaved truffle over a four-cheese pizza and of course, truffle burrata.

If there is this might be it — but for true truffle aficionados, it's just the perfect amount. From June 1, the popular Ponsonby spot is highlighting the sought after Périgord black truffle, supplied to the restaurant from NZ Winter Truffle Co.
The menu lineup is set to change seasonally across the winter months but will include such delights as a truffle-topped crayfish and crab ravioli in a beef and sherry broth, as well as a truffle burrata, served with olive oil and topped with freshly shaved truffle.
If you're still hungry after all of that, indulge in a four cheese truffle pizza, topped with fior di latte, taleggio, gruyere and gorgonzola — with more fresh truffle shaved over the top, of course. Our pick? The fresh chitarra pasta tangled with guanciale, pancetta, egg yolk, pecorino, and yes, truffle.
The menu will only be running for a few months so get in quick, and while you're there, wash all that umami goodness down with one of Elmos' famous cocktails.
