Farmageddon

It's hard not to get excited about the fresh batch of the country's best and upcoming talent the boys behind Farmageddon have managed to wrangle together this year.

Overview

Auckland is a pretty good playground. But, every now and then, you've just gotta skip town and head to some place sandy. That is why, without hesitation, you should grab your diary and a highlighter, flick to December 3rd and write Farmageddon on your to-do that day, throwing in a few underlines and spirals for good measure.

Chatting with the boys behind Farmageddon, it's hard not to get excited about the fresh batch of the country's best and upcoming talent they've managed to wrangle together.

This year, overlooking the beautiful Waipu Cove, the festival will see the likes of Electric Wire Hustle, David Dallas (live), Bulletproof, P Money, Home Brew, The A.R.C, MayaVanya, Nick D, Chaos in the CBD and Korulicks, with a few more still to be announced. That's quite a mouthful - hats off to you chappies.

With summer officially kick-starting on December 1, it will quite literally be the opening gig for our favourite season. Being only a short trip from Auckland with loads of accommodation and transport options, it's really a no-brainer.

And despite what the boys may say about it being New Zealand's worst named festival, I for one am down with the name and definitely locked in for a summer roadie out of the playground.

Legal stuff: Farmageddon is R18.
