Grammy-nominated and utterly ethereal Canadian indie-pop talent Feist is returning to New Zealand's shores for the first time since her 2012 Laneway appearance.

Back with a vengeance following a six-year album hiatus, Feist released the beautiful, painful, musical masterpiece that is her fifth studio album Pleasure to rave reviews earlier this year and despite rumours of depression swirling around the album's production, the result is nothing short of endearing raw emotion.

Boasting startling vocals and an assortment of musical proficiency including the guitar, piano, banjo and the drums, Feist began her career in the indie-rock collective Broken Social Circle and has since amassed a cult following thanks an impressive catalogue which has earned a slew of industry accolades and a reputation for originality which proceeds her.

Perhaps one of Canada's most enduring talents, Feist will play an intimate one-off at the Powerstation this November which is not to be missed.
