Overview

Come this November, it will be as if a European summer had just landed on our front doorstep. Surrounded by the tranquility and beauty of Auckland's very own Villa Maria Wine Estate, Fiesta Del Sol or in other words, the "Festival of the Sun" is here again.

Always willing to hold our hands and lead us into the months of summer we've been yearning for all winter, it will be a sea of smartly dressed human beings, coming together, sipping on wine and dare I say indulging in the vast array of exquisite food stalls. With the live DJ and music set drowning out our winter solitude, our souls will be getting lost wandering the grapevines while the sun sets over the near horizon.

Ladies and gentlemen, this perfect late-afternoon-night rendezvous is ideal for us wanting to switch up our usual Saturday norm. And instead, many will be escaping the noisy city on the 19th of November and be found gathered amongst a group of friends enjoying the simplicity of life's offerings — good food, good wine, and good music.
