Overview

Trap music royalty, Flosstradamus, touch down in Auckland for what is set to be a hectic Wednesday night at the Powerstation. Josh Young and Curt Cameruci, better known as J2K and Autobot, released their debut EP Jubilation through independent Brooklyn record label Fool's Gold (home to Danny Brown, Kid Cudi and Duck Sauce) back in 2011 and have since gone on to release multiple EPs, singles and remixes guaranteed to turn the club up. Not to mention powering countless high-intensity fitness classes around the world.

Flosstradamus have built a heavy roster of collaborators, working with the likes of Diplo, Juicy J, The Cool Kids, A-Trak, Chairlift, Iggy Azalea and Mykki Blanco to name a few. Their ear for fresh beats has lead to a playlist contract with Nike+ and a performance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Perhaps the essential key to Flosstradamus' success is their routine interaction with the cultural zeitgeist, actively contributing to the now with their own take on records from Rihanna, Major Lazor, Fetty Wap and the insanely popular one-hit-wonder, O.T. Genasis.
