Overview

For three nights this month, Western Springs' Museum of Transport and Technology (MOTAT) will be the spot to grab dinner.

The free-entry Food Truck Round Up is a collaboration with Auckland's Food Truck Collective, lining up some of the best roaming street vendors in the city. There will be truckloads of options to choose from between 21–23 May, including dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan food on the menu.

Friday will dish up the likes of European fries, organic gelato, South American arepas and German pretzels; Saturday will bring piping hot Japanese ramen, Hungarian fried bread puffs and Chinese steamed buns; while Sunday will wraps things up with rotisserie chicken, cream doughnuts and Jamaican jerk chicken.

Entertainment is also on the cards, including fire performers, Pacific Island dance collectives and Japanese taiko drummers. The event kicks off at 5.30pm and runs until 8.30pm. Entry is via at gate A.
