Wine bar Freida Margolis is bringing back its popular Market Day, which will see the Grey Lynn space transform into a vibrant cluster of retail and food stalls on Saturday, February 3.

The vendors will be selling a mix of knick knacks, from vintage clothing, pre-loved records, gorgeous blooms and hand-made ceramics. The community is encouraged to come down and trawl through the treasure chest of offerings — you never know what you might find.

It's not only a day of shopping though. Freida is pulling out all the stops to make sure vibes are high, so you'll be shopping to the tune of live music with performances taking place throughout the morning, while indulging in a tasty treat or two from the food stalls.

When its not a bustling market place, Freida Margolis is a low-key wine bar nestled in the heart of Grey Lynn. Formerly a butcher, the bar is known as the place to go for good craft beer, simple cocktails and excellent wine.

You may even stumble on a night of live music, with the bar frequently visited by jazz musicians, bands and acts from around the world.
