Overview

One for the foodies and whiskey lovers, Auckland's fine dining eatery Onslow has teamed up with whiskey label Glenfiddich to host a luxurious mid-week evening of eating and drinking. For one evening only, attendees of Le Pique-Nique Noir can dine on a four-course menu designed by celebrity chef Josh Emett and Onslow's head chef Glen File. Forget a classic wine match — each course will be matched with a bespoke whiskey cocktail.

To top off the evening, diners will get a taste of the Glenfiddich Grand Cru, which has been matured for 23 years — since the late-90s, if you need a reference.

Running from 6.30pm until 9.30pm on Wednesday, June 29, just 80 seats are available for the one-off event with tickets setting you back $185pp.
