One of Auckland's best rooftop bars is back open for business after two years — and they're celebrating in style.

Looking for last-minute Friday night plans? How does sipping a cocktail 16 floors above Auckland sound? After a long two years of being a dedicated MIQ facility, the SO Hotel is back in business — and that means its resident rooftop bar is also reopening.
They're celebrating with a HI/times party at HI/SO on Friday evening, with beats from resident DJs Majik Johnson, Sweetpants and Bevan Keys all on the lineup. The mix of disco and house tunes will be pumping from early in the arvo, so get there in time to take in the beaut sunset from one of the city's prime spots.
Online tickets are now sold out but there will be heaps of space for walk-ins. Check in early, and stay late - hell, why not book a room and stay overnight?
