Overview

Soulful songstress, Iva Lamkum, is set to spread her wings across New Zealand this Spring with her 'Black Eagle' album tour. Her funky, versatile sound is evident across previous tracks such as Bankrupt Visa, No, Raise Your Glass (Way Back), and arguably her most prominent feature to date, in  Turn Around (Feat. Iva Lamkum) - Sola Rosa.

Lamkum seems to effortlessly alter her lyrical tempo, complemented by her powerful voice enabling her to transcend musical genres, notably reggae, funk, rock and a hybrid of more. The album consists of a series of deeply personal, yet universally relatable meditations on family, hard-work, internal conflict, the loved and the loveless.

This is Iva's first national tour with many of the artists featuring on the album also set to appear on stage alongside Lamkum throughout her nationwide tour. Guests include Aaradhna, Bella Kalolo, Stephanie Paris, Winnie Baxter and Lisa Tomlins, with the remainder of the lineup including DJ Ayesha, Kemara Fuimaono, Jean Pompey and DJ Don Luchito.
