Krafty Kuts

I love a good mash-up. Do you love a good mash-up? Cool. Let's chat.

Overview

Look, I'm the first one to admit it, there aren't many things that are worse than a lousy mash-up. Mixing Usher's Yeah! with The Rasmus' In The Shadows? What are you up to? Imogen Heap and Jason Derullo? Please don't. And honestly, can we all just agree that no Britney Spears number will ever be salvaged by being remixed? But I'm telling you, when a DJ gets it right.. woah baby. Step aside, I'm heading for the d-floor.

One DJ that seems able to do no wrong when it comes to clocking this fine art of a genre, is Krafty Kuts. A master across the breaks, electro, dubstep, drum & bass and hip hop, you could say he's something of a crowd pleaser. Regularly teaming with Dynamite MC and A. Skillz he has a knack for pumping the biggest and newest tracks. And to be honest, if you were at the killer set that A. Skillz threw down at R&V last year, you'd have to agree that anyone who moves in the same circles should get the automatic nod.

With what is looking like one of his biggest years yet, it's not a show that I'll be missing. And nor should you. Go on, give yourself a healthy dose of a good old mash-up. Clap your hands everybody! Cause these are the breaks! Sh* I'm excited.
