Overview

Live music, four courses, one street, one chef and you have yourself a party. La Longue Table du Chef is back in the game to serve up an unforgettable summer evening to 120 lucky patrons.

With the bar set high back in March at the premiere La Longue Table event, Aucklander's tongues have been wagging ever since— pipped with anticipation of where the notable restaurant, Le Chef will be popping up next.

Now, with the fine-print signed, sealed, delivered, and a twist of pink added for summer, we can announce award winning chef Grant Kitchen will be knocking out four courses across five hours, closing down upper Vulcan Lane to transport francophile foodies straight to the Parisian streets.

At $96 per person, expect both an exquisitely executed dinner party and an electric street food festival, all harmoniously rolled into one. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a long white cloth-laden table spanning the length of the lane; a glass of Veuve du Vernay Brut Rosé and live music in abundance.

From 7pm onwards, enjoy being showered in seasonal, authentic, fresh French fare— entrée, main, cheeses and dessert included. Punters palate's will be refreshed throughout the evening with a plethora of French wines available, picture Bordeaux by the glass or perhaps a bottle of Boizel if you're feeling lavish.
