Overview

Ladi6's launching her new album Automatic on Friday, August 16, and has taken to the road for a 4-day promotional tour across New Zealand for its release, giving fans the chance to hear the full album for the first time. She'll be playing at Golden Dawn here in Auckland on Thursday the 12th of August.

The Samoan-descent neo soul artist was born and raised in Christchurch but spent a year and a half of her teenage years in Africa, where she started to play music. Her first debut album in 2008 Time is Not Much opened at number four on New Zealand's top 40 Album chart.  Her next album in 2010 The Liberation Of... debuted at number six and was certified gold. She's also the cousin of New Zealand hip hop artist Scribe.
