Late At The Museum reaches its final chapter in the smart talk series for 2015, with a shifting focus from where we are now, to where are we headed? Auckland As An Island invites leading minds drawn from distinctly different fields of thought to discuss where Auckland is headed in the next five years and beyond.

Joining moderator Bill Ralston onstage is Rod Oram, an international business journalist with four decades of experience to his name. Rallston is at the forefront of mentoring entrepreneurial New Zealand businesses through his involvement with THE ICEHOUSE; Damon Salesa is the Director of Pacific Strategy and Engagement and Associate Professor and Head of Pacific Studies at the University of Auckland. Salesa is currently working on a social, environmental and technological history of Samoa; Marina Matthews is a partner at Chen Palmer New Zealand Public and Employment Law Specialists. Matthews is passionate about helping organisations understand how government and public policy works; Waikare Komene is the driving force behind The Roots Creative Entrepreneurs, a movement and network aiming to develop opportunities and showcase creativity, innovation and design through environmental awareness and sustainability.

Grab a bite to eat at the Museum and settle in for an evening of illuminating future discourse. Entertaining the audience is White Face Crew. Known for their distinct style of physical comedy and improvisation, they'll perform segments from their acclaimed show Double Derelicts.
