One of New Zealand's finest songwriters and most creative musicians, Lawrence Arabia (aka James Milne) has been the recipient of an APRA Silver Scroll Award and universal critical acclaim. Yes, this talented fellow has accomplished a lot since releasing his debut self-titled album in 2006, touring with Feist and Okervill River and releasing three phenomenal albums, including 2012's The Sparrow which gained Milne recognition as the Best Male Solo Artist at the 2013 NZ Music Awards.

Audiophiles from Cape Reinga to Bluff will be fizzing at the prospect of his new album, Absolute Truth, schedule for release on July 8. This is Lawrence Arabia at his most honest, lacing psychedelic '60s pop production with his trademark Kiwi wit and raw insight.

Directly after the album's release, the man himself will embark on an NZ wide tour culminating in a one-off show at Auckland's iconic Crystal Palace in Mt Eden. So grab a couple tickets quick and be the first to see brand new material performed live by one of New Zealand's most treasured songwriting talents.
