LF Seltzer Scoop Shop

Overview

LF Seltzer Scoop Shop is a gelateria serving adults-only wine seltzer-spiked gelato. From Thursday to Sunday every week in November the scoop shop will be slinging frozen treats kicked up a notch with LF Seltzer and a selection of boozy toppings created by Waiheke ice creamery Island Gelato Company.

Island Gelato Company founders Ana Schwarz and Geoff Tippett have created three vegan-friendly flavours to match LF Seltzer's debut range. The three wine-based seltzers, which incorporate drops from Villa Maria's Leftfield label, include yuzu, mint and cucumber paired with sauvignon blanc; strawberry and hibiscus with married with rosé; and pear and ginger teamed with pinot gris.

Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen will play host to the pop-up from 6–29 November, with every can of LF Seltzer purchased giving punters the free scoop of their choice.
