Mother-daughter duo Danielle and Suzanne Butler have been running K' Road bakery-coffee shop The Pie Piper since 2017. While best known for heavenly sweet dessert pies, hand-rolled doughnuts and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, the shop will dedicated two days to the ultimate comfort food this October.
The loaded mac 'n' cheese pop-up will step beyond the basic two-ingredient version by adding a range of mouthwatering toppings. Try the Morepork barbecue and bacon mac, a spicy buffalo chicken creation, or one topped with miniature corn dogs.
Vegans will also be looked after with plant-based options including sauteed broccoli almond and three mushroom mac 'n' cheese. There might be a few desserts, too.
