With a focus on fusion and fun, expect a menu of innovative sharing and plated dishes which combine Madame George's Peruvian flair and Ozone's refined bistro fare.

Both crews will be bringing their own tastes and talents to the table, with a menu designed around seasonal flavours and food waste minimisation, promising a unique dining experience.
