Overview

Celebrating the launch of its 'The Chita' whisky in New Zealand, House of Suntory is presenting a series of specialist masterclasses across five nights. Held at Tommy's Champagne Parlour in the Seafarers Building, the masterclasses will highlight 40 years of distilling and blending Japanese grain whiskies.

Each evening will be hosted by New Zealand House of Suntory brand ambassador, Rory Donnelly, as he leads the exploration through Suntory's rich whisky distilleries. Tickets include a highball spotlighting the smooth single-grain 'The Chita' on arrival, alongside a range of single malts and blends, including 'Hibiki Japanese Harmony', 'Yamazaki Distillers Reserve', 'Hakushu Distillers Reserve', 'Hakushu 12', and 'Toki'.

Attendees will also be treated to an assortment of shared dishes to complement each tasting made by chef Yukio Ozeki of Azabu.
