The podcast is hosted by LA comedians-come-murder mystery mavens Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark — who also moonlights as a Cooking Channel host if she seems familiar. The duo who live for gore put their two passions together one day over brunch and what resulted was a international phenomenon, perfectly timed to debut during the Serial hiatus. A stark contrast to the standout monotonous podcast, but no less factual, the ladies deliver the grisly details with comedic timing and probing commentary as only a female comedian with a love for violent death could.

A regular on the iTunes podcast charts, My Favourite Murder bring their sellout stage show to our shores for the first time this September. A perfect night out for the inner detective in all of us, pop along for an evening of grisly details and accepted giggles, it's not insensitive when everyone's doing it — what could be better?
