Dry July may be in full swing but that doesn't mean that you should be stuck drinking fizzy water for an entire month.
Created by non-alcoholic spirits brand Seedlip, No & Low Cocktail Bar is a new concept which puts an emphasis on flavour and ingredients rather than alcohol content. The first outing of the pop-up will run from 24-25 July across 15 cities with some of the world's best bartenders creating signature low and non-alcoholic cocktails. Currently onboard are Dandelyan in London, Walker Inn in LA, PS40 in Sydney, and Auckland's very own Parasol & Swing Company. The Viaduct Harbour bar will be serving up six specialty cocktails for the pop-up.
Dry July is an initiative where participants abstain from alcohol for 31 days to raise funds for those affected by cancer. Since its launch in 2012, the campaign has raised more than $3.2 million for incredibly worthy organisations.
