The NZ Cheese Lovers' Dinner Series will see five restaurants across the country collaborate with some of New Zealand's best cheesemakers to create a special cheese degustation. Round up your cheese loving buddies and saddle up for four courses of the good stuff. Each course will be matched to Martinborough vineyard wine and an Emerson's Brewery beer.
Gareth Stewart's menu will include winners from the 2018 NZ Champions of Cheese Awards, including Clevedon Buffalo Ricotta with gnocchi, Mahoe Very Old Edam in the form of a cheese scone with seared scallops, Barry's Bay Aged Cumin Gouda in an enhanced version of cauliflower cheese, and Puhoi Valley's Kawau Blue in semifreddo with preserved figs and roasted walnut granola.
