Overview

With over 150 stalls, the Otahuhu Food Festival is an unmissable event full of delicious eats, delectable drinks and a good dose of community. This festival is a hub for authentic ethnic food from all over the world, lining the streets of Otahuhu with plenty of stalls and trucks to choose from.

This bustling festival has been successfully bringing ethnic diversity to Auckland's food scene for several years now. Having outgrown its last location, this year's festival will stretch along the Great South Road all the way from Albion to Portage Road — that's over 150 stalls spread across 500 metres. An estimated 15,000 hungry visitors are expected to roll up on Saturday, 28 September.

Everyone is encouraged to come along with an open mind and an empty stomach. Try something a little different to your usual go-to — indulge in a spicy Mexican feast, eat ice cream straight from a pineapple or dig into a family-sized paella. Bring your friends and family along to this celebration of taste and culture.
