Overview

In what promises to be shucking good fun, Coley & Punch on Princes Wharf is hosting a whisky and oyster masterclass on Tuesday, March 10.

The class seeks to teach you everything you need to know about oysters and whisky. Including getting hands-on with some shucking and outlining why the briny flavour of oysters make them such a particularly good match for the smoky notes present in whisky.

Led by Coley & Punch head bartender Katie Cramphorn, the oysters will be served three ways over three courses, each matched with the perfect whisky from a different international location. A great opportunity for some hands-on learning around one of the lesser-known food matches.

Tickets are $120 and participants are advised that due to availability of oysters, the date may be subject to change.
