Overview

Paintvine nights typically see would-be Picassos assemble in venues for glow-in-the-dark painting experiences and wine-fuelled sketching lessons. In time for summer, the group classes are heading outdoors for BYO painting in some of the country's leafiest settings.

For its 2021 season, Paintvine's outdoor painting classes will see participants tackle everything from Van Gogh's 'A Starry Night' to Picasso's 'The Kiss'. In Auckland, Grey Lynn Park will serve as the venue.

No previous experience or artistic skills are required as guests are guided step-by-step through each work by Paintvine tutors. Paintvine also provides everything you need to create your own masterpiece during each two-hour session, from acrylic paints to canvases, brushes and paint trays.

You're welcome to bring your own drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as picnic food to enjoy throughout the event.
