Overview
An unmissable event for those who love a good drop (or two); Pinot Perfection is a wine matching evening hosted by Martinborough Vineyard winemaker Paul Mason. As he walks through his portfolio of fine wines, guests will be treated to a four-course degustation dinner created by Euro's executive chef Gareth Stewart.
With the core focus on pinot noir, guests will get to try the extremely scarce Marie Zelie Reserve Pinot Noir, of which under 2000 bottles were produced, and recently released Nga Waka Home Block Chardonnay, a 2013 said to offer give off the aromas of melon, grapefruit and toasty oak.
